Our national press launch was held in the fabulous Merienda restaurant in Edinburgh.
With enormous thanks to Chef Campbell Mickel we hosted our national press launch at Merienda restaurant, in Stockbridge, Edinburgh in late Oct 2018. Sensational canapes came from the kitchen, drinks across a range of the "How to Serve" options were served and we had a chance to talk freely about who we are, where we come from and what lies ahead for Highland Boundary.
On the night Marian talked about our aim to bring you the flavours of the Scottish wilderness in our spirits. After a few years in development we’re excited to launch Highland Boundary and the first of our new Wild Scottish Spirits.
