In a glass pour the Thistle Vermouth, Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit over ice and add the Rosemary and Lavender syrups.  Stir, add top up with a small amount of soda water, garnish with a slice of lemon and blueberries and serve.


  • 25mls Larch and Honeysuckle Spirit
  • 50mls Thistle Flower Dry Vermouth
  • 25ml Rosemary syrup
  • 25ml Lavender Syrup
  • Ice
  • Soda water
  • Slice of orange to garnish
