Muddle the mint in a tall glass. Shake the first three ingredients with ice, add to mint and stir. Fill the glass with crushed ice, top up with the tonic, garnish with more mint leaves and serve.
- 50ml Seven Crofts Gin
- 20ml Birch & Elderflower liqueur
- 20ml Lime juice
- Top up with citric tonic
