Forest Tea Martini

Silky smooth and gorgeous

In a cocktail shaker add the Earl Grey Tea infused Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit together with the Hawthorn Syrup, lemon juice and some ice cubes.  Shake vigorously, strain and pour in to a cocktail or martini glass, garnish with a slice of cucumber and serve.

*To infuse the Birch and Elderflower spirit with Earl Grey Team pour the spirit into a glass and add 1/2tsp of Earl Grey Teal leaves.  Leave for 1-2 hrs and then strain the tea leaves out.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Early Grey Tea infused Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit*
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup (We use Hawthorn Flower Syrup)
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Slice of cucumber to garnish
