Danny's Highland Negroni

A guest cocktail appearance from Danny Caines.  Italian favourite brought a taste of the Highlands.

In a cocktail shaker add the Larch and Honeysuckle spirit, the Campari, orange bitters and ice.  Shake thoroughly and strain in to a cocktail glass along with ice cubes and wedge of orange. 

Ingredients

  • 25ml Larch and Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit
  • 25ml Campari
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • A good wedge of orange for flavour and garnish
  • Ice
