ANCIENNE FRONTIER

With thanks to Jack of Scottish Mixology for this recipe.  A strong, tangy and tropical cocktail! 

Add everything except orange to mixing glass.  Fill two thirds with large chunks of ice and stir for 30 seconds.  Strain into old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.  Express and place some orange peel.

Ingredients

  • 20ml Birch & Elderflower Liqueur
  • 30ml Arrack
  • 30ml Coconut Old Tom Gin
  • 20ml White port
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • Orange express and peel
